Returns will be processed through a full refund or store credit.
-Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please contact email@example.com
-You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
-We do not offer exchanges but we recommend you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our return policy.
-We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stole in-transit. Please keep your proof of return and/ or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
-There is a $7 processing fee for all returns that will be deducted from refund payment.
How Do I Make A Return?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions regarding refunds or returns. If reported within 7 days of receiving date, you are qualified for full refund or store credit. Please include your order number on the subject of the email.
Can I Still Return Items If They Are Worn, Damaged, And Have The Tags Removed?
-No, you can only return items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have the original tags / packaging attached and hygiene sticker intact.
-The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuit, lingerie, jewelry, beauty products, underwear, event and party supplies, DIY supplies, pet supplies and accessories. We cannot offer refund on cosmetics if the hygiene seal has been broken.
-Items with non-refundable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.
-Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your TrendStyles Wallet or the original payment method, as per your request. Unfortunately, due to current situations, your refund will require an additional 3-5 business days to process. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
-Please do not send your return to the sender's address on the package. This is not a return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the shipping label we provide even if you are using your own shipping.
-Please make sure you do not include non TrendStyles items by accident in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending back those items to you.
